His knowledge of the menu and explanation of everything was spot on, his attitude was very professional yet very kind, and just his attention to detail is something to rave about. The food was amazing, everything perfectly seasoned and prepared to perfection. Highly recommend the Wagyu dumplings, octopus, hamachi, and of course all their steaks.
