Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and hearing about how he makes his (very different) cocktails was so informative. You also get a tour of the distillery and some cheese and crackers which was amazing. We ended up sitting there all afternoon with the other couple taking the class, Ghiv and Jimmy just chatting and drinking their fantastic drinks.
