Wow! We went to The Poet for the first time last night to celebrate a significant birthday and it was fantastic. From the moment we entered the building we were made to feel very special. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed every bit of the evening. I would highly recommend The Poet to anyone wanting to experience top quality restaurant food and wine.

Haven't eaten here for awhile, but the standards at The Bridge Arms have been maintained. Our Sunday roast was superb. In fact it exceeded expectations. Everything we ate had so much flavour. The service we received was excellent and liked the nice touch of a card for my wife as it was her birthday.

Absolutely outstanding, best afternoon tea I’ve ever been to and worth every penny. The food was amazing, the staff couldn’t have been better. The thought and detail that goes into the themes is breathtaking. I cannot wait to return! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

The food was outstanding with very friendly staff just to top it off. A very nice evening all round. So nice to find such a lovely restaurant in close proximity to home.
