Part of Thyme, an historic Cotswold estate, the menus celebrate the ingredients and flavours of the farm and kitchen garden, as well as using ingredients carefully sourced from local suppliers.Locally distinct brews, wines and non-alcoholic drinks lead to an interesting drinks menu, with wines available by the glass.
