Farm Table is a locally owned and operated restaurant that has been a part of the Wake Forest community since 2014. We have watched this community grow. We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.

Impeccably sourced, plentiful, elegant but approachable, and immensely satisfying, define Troutbeck's menus, led by Executive Chef Vincent Gilberti. We source from small farms in our region to support our local community and sustainable agriculture, while offering our guests the bounty of each season. At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup. Our signature burger, has been called “one of the best burgers” in the Hudson Valley. In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best wines and spirits produced right here in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York State wine regions.
