Dan, our server was very friendly and attentive. my dish was a bit salty. we did notice that Chef was not flexible on any requests to omit an ingredient (even with a dietary restriction). We heard disappointment with other tables too. We could have easily stopped there but we had already ordered the crispy rainbow trout. I enjoyed the preparation of the fish although I rarely order this type of fish. As always our sweet tooth needed a finale and the pot de creme fulfilled that ending!
