We were there from 6:45 until 10:00, while we enjoyed each other's company, three hours plus is long for three courses. The wait people (Alicia and Ethan) were very obliging. A very nice touch at the beginning of our evening was a little tour of Troutbeck when the greeter learned that two in our party had not been to Troutbeck before.
