We have been dining at One Coastal for many years, predating the arrival of James Beard Award Finalist Chef Matt Kern. We were so delighted that after One Coastal changed hands we were able to enjoy the same unrivaled, creative, fresh Delaware cuisine. Tonight our family ordered the duck and the rockfish. Both were expertly executed. The flavor profiles of both dishes were unusual, cohesive, and delightful. My husband and I both enjoyed our cocktails, a Duchess and a Ryanhatten. A delight to dine here. It was warm enough (a rarity in winter in restaurants). Our serve Andre was outstanding. We had foie gras, shrimp cargot, NY strip steak, and lobster thermador. All was perfectly prepared and served with perfect timing. I wish it cost less but that is the price you pay for excellence.

Always a five star dining experience at Heirloom!! Our favorite restaurant in Lewes for special occasions when family is in town. One of our own is an Executive Chef, and the other two who live in NYC are “foodies” and they always really enjoy our dinners at Heirloom!

Excellent from start to finish! Every bite was a delight! Waiter was attentive and wonderful They even gave us champagne on the house for our anniversary! It’s a special dining experience!!!
