The entire experience was fantastic. Our server (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) was lovely....very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the flavor of the dishes and cocktails for us. She was incredibly attentive, but not overbearing. The food was amazing. Cool soundtrack playing as well. Great time....will definitely dine at Birch again!

We had an incredible seven course meal with perfect pairings! There was attention to detail in all aspects and this foodie experience would rival any big city restaurant! Chef Eric has truly created elevated dining while embracing the quaint and intimate Belfry House location.

Wow, what an awesome experience!!! Had the seasonal tasting which was a pricey experience but an experience that cannot compare to most others. This restaurant is a quaint place with some amazing waitstaff. We must have had a rotation of at least 5 servers bringing drinks, clearing courses, setting up new courses, serving & explaining each course and simply catering to any request we had. The flow was spot on. The food was unreal & impossible for me to describe with it's complexities. Each course was unique in a way that I've never had & I've eaten at Michelin Stars in Paris. Chef & team obviously take much pride in their creativity & amazing quality. Truly 1 of my top 5 food experiences in my 68 years! Can't wait for my next visit.

Absolutely loved the food and ambience. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff greeted us with 2 glasses of champagne and for dessert, chocolate covered strawberries. I highly recommend this place.
