So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Warm welcome from the host. Grabbed a quick cocktail during happy hour with very friendly service. Enjoyed our dinner and service with John. The Crab Louie salad and deviled eggs were scrumptious. The mussels and fries also packed a ton of flavor. Never take the white cosmo martini off the menu. It’s the best!

A wonderful meal off the newly updated menu. Service is always very good and friendly. I was a little disappointed I had noted the occasion was for my girlfriends birthday and there was no mention of it. I didn't make anything of it as it was just she and I and everything else was very good.
