Delicious well prepared food in an old world setting. Enjoyed the deviled eggs, lobster bisque( not as warm as we’d like), homemade rolls w/ garlic chive butter( yummy)! Our entrees were sea bass and Wiener schnitzel. I asked for my to be topped ala Holstein which Chef agreed to making adding a scrumptious addition to this dish. Wine list is large with many very expensive choices. Our meal was topped off by a lovely warm flaky apple strudel topped with a tiny scoop of ice cream. Nice setting in lovely Rancho Santa Fe!

Creighton (sp?) and Shea were the cherry on top of great service and a great meal. Steak frites and chicken were enjoyed with Ratatouille and green beans. lovely Sancerre to enjoy as well

This restaurant was a last minute choice, and was definitely the right choice. We ended up getting one of the last reservations of the night. Food was delicious and presentation was beautiful! Service was on point. Cost was worth what you pay for. Parking is hard to find, save extra time to find a spot or there is an Ace parking lot only about a block from the restaurant, that only cost us $13. Overall, great experience!!

The rib eye was excellent. My wife was not impressed with the short rib she had. Service was perfect, however this was a Sunday evening and their were not a lot of patrons. I cannot attest to the quality of their service when they are busy. I was disappointed by the ambiance. For this style of cuisine I expect a traditional atmosphere and light classical music. I think the dance club style music being played was a very poor choice for this setting.
