The sauce on the Coq au Vin was fabulous with a rich flavor of various spices on the palette. The onions and ham added a nice change of texture. The smoked salmon appetizer was delicious but needed a second crostini for the amount of Brie and salmon on the plate. Wonderful flavor, though.
