Long time diners at La Merise. Wonderful, cozy, neighborhood spot. Excellent service . Ordered 3 of our “usual” meals. Slight differences in all 3 makes us think new chef. Sauce a bit congealed (tasted great however) and prep slightly different (salmon appeared seared instead of poached). Prices increased a bit also. Guess it is a sign of the times.

Delicious food, beautiful dining room, very nice staff. I think they are definitely the high end of a food budget, but worth it.

Had a grilled chicken salad. The chicken was over cooked and hard to chew and swallow. Atmosphere was great, as usual. Service was fine. Should of ordered the salmon!

Le Bilboquet is a regular favorite for us. The new renovations have made it a bit cozier and the new private rooms I think a good idea. The food is always very good and dependable. We had the cajun chicken which was excellent. I also had the Dover sole, a special on Thursday's and it was perfectly seasoned and delicious. We also got the normal crab and avocado salad which again was very nice. Very good food, very nice ambiance and service. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely brunch at Le French! The service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lively but not loud or overwhelming. We had the jambon and gruyere crepe (tasty, but very plain) and the saumon fumé crepe (so decadent and delicious). And mimosas, of course; the perfect boozy complement to a French-inspired meal. I would definitely visit again to try some other menu options, and will recommend Le French to anyone looking to treat themselves to a fancy (but not too fancy) brunch outing!
