Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability. Reservations are not needed if you’d like to enjoy a crafted selection of curated cocktails and caviar service by our marble bench bar.

    We loved it. Not ony are the dishes superb, but the presentation is beautful. We had tuna tatare, braised ribs and seared chicken dumplings for apppetizers. All were fantastic. For our main course, we both had salmon. Delicious. The ambience is exceptional. Moreover, the cocktails were delicious. It has definitely become my favorite in Delray Beach!

    Absolutely fabulous 44th Anniversary Dinner. Food was the best French food we’ve had outside of France. True french cooking. We loved everything about Frenchys and will definitely return! Merci beaucoup!

    La Nouvelle never disappoints, food and service was spectacular! Thank you Virginia for always making us so welcome, you and your staff are amazing!     We always enjoy Medi Terra! They were prompt in seating my husband and me. Great menu! I had the one of the fish specials and my husband had the duck. We had a pear salad to start. It was a wonderful presentation! The owner was very friendly! It was busy and everything came out perfectly! We will definitely be back soon!!!
