Absolutely wonderful new restaurant in Denver. The ambiance is perfect for an elegant date night. Drinks were on point. Food is on point with familiar Vietnamese flavors and french influences. The service was also great, with the server being knowledgeable, coat check, and check-in being on time. Friendly staff and great experience overall. The price is high, but I think it is respectable for the neighborhood.

We went on Valentines Day for their pre fixe tasting menu. The cost was higher than others we looked at, but we were looking for something higher end that could accommodate three people and a variety of dietary restrictions. Service was well timed, the overall dining experience took two hours from sitting down to check paid. Each course was delicious, I especially loved the celery ravioli with lemongrass sauce. The server was very nice, he asked all our dietary restrictions at the beginning of our meal, I explained them, and he stayed on top of it all night. He remembered which of us had which restrictions, and even stopped one of us from eating something he recognized the kitchen missed. I was very happy with the overall experience, it was exactly what I was looking for for Valentine’s Day and they didn’t seem to be slowed down because of the holiday. The food was delicious and our waiter name I believe was Roy he was outstanding real attentive making sure we wasn’t missing anything. The only complaint I would have is when ordering I ask for some Don Perrion champagne thinking it was gonna be a glass like the menu says but instead I got a $389 bottle that I didn’t order and found out till the end, so just heads up

Well, I almost don’t want to write this review so this place doesn’t get too popular and I can go back and easily get a reservation every time I’m in the mood for one of their absolutely delicious meals. We had a burger that was out of this world, steak, several salads, soup, and dessert. I can’t think of anything that we didn’t gobble down as quickly as we could. We will certainly be back!
