Fantastic dinner as usual. Wonderful choice of starters, great steak and a wide wine list.

Lovely early dinner with my mum and daughter. Waitresses were really polite and accommodating. Food was very tasty and the pub had a nice feel about it - would definitely go again.

Perfect service and delicious food as always. The atmosphere was also great, thank you.

In our opinion the City Barge is the best pub along Strand on the Green, Chiswick. Ian Wright is an excellent host and looks after his guests, that's probably because he values them. His staff are friendly and very efficient. Mind you Mr Wright, Ian, holds no brook with unruly behavior, thank goodness. Oh, I must not forget the chef, great craftsman.

The staff were so lovely. Really a lovely lunch. Service was a little slow due to them being busy and short staffed but they were so kind we didn’t mind
