Mist impressed. It was our wedding anniversary lunch with friends and we had a great time . The food was excellent. Good portion size and beautifully cooked. Met with husband’s dietary requirements with no fuss and bother. The service was excellent, friendly and eager to help. We will be back to sample the legendary Sunday lunch!

After a gruelling 7.5 kn mud filled walk with my walking members we arrived back at The Hatch. As we entered we were met with a warmth of the interior of the pub resplendent in Xmas decorations. There were seven of us in our group and we all enjoyed our main course some had deserts as well. We were looked after admirable by the Hatch staff and the food was of a very high standard. We all felt now relaxed after our morning ordeal.

Like the Fox & Grapes: good choices on menu and drinks. Venue good. Bit pricey. Not full today but quite noisy with those there.

We visited The Drumming Snipe today at midday as a family of five for their festive menu, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, professional, and respectful while being friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The festive menu had something for everyone, and each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The Free-range Wiltshire turkey was a clear favourite with its perfectly cooked trimmings, while the children loved the White Onion Soup starter and Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert. The Heritage Beets and Dark Chocolate Mousse were equally standout choices, leaving us all very satisfied. The staff made sure we were well looked after, and the warm atmosphere made it a truly memorable family meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and fantastic service!

A wonderful weekend lunch with the family. Excellent service and delicious food. Great selection on the menu! Perfect for small intimate ate numbers or larger parties!
