Staff were incredibly patient with a family member that has health issues which can cause issues and not the easiest to please. Tried the festive pizza with gravy dipping sauce and it was amazing!!! The serving staff were friendly and helpful and the food was top class. The rooms were nicely decorated with muted colours for Christmas (nothing garish.)
