We love The Pembroke! Always such a great experience. The vibe , food, and service is always great!

We were looking to eat something other than standard American fare and hit a home run dining here. Our appetizer, INDIAN PARATHA TACOS, was unique and , well, completely yummy (and very filling). The bread was probably the best we have ever eaten. Crusty with a soft cloud of dough inside. And that was before the Robata, a grill of beef, shrimp, and tender vegetables, and the seared shrimp and scallops w citrus risotto. Our waiter Saied was attentive. The ambience was sleek and classy.

Food was creative, tasty and well presented in a comfortable casual environment. Crab cake is a winner. Looking forward to trying other menu items. First impression extremely positive.

The bartender was the only person in the bar the entire time we ate, but the burgers were great and the drinks were good. Thank you for having some mocktail options! Easy and chill place to get dinner before a show at the 9:30 club.

Monica provided outstanding service during our visit to Fred and Stilla. She was kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed.
