There was a while wait due to an issue with our meal as the kitchen ran out of ingredients to make mine. After that was figured out, we had our meal comped by the manager which was very thoughtful. The staff at Earls are very dedicated and know how to take accountability accordingly. They were more friendly and warm rather than cold and respectful, felt like they were focused on taking care of our experience over the foods experience which was a nice change. Food came out so quick and was great, despite the pasta coming out a little cold. Ambiance and noise levels were perfect for a date night. We opted for the Winterlicious menu and chose two of the apps, plus an app from the main menu, as well as the mushroom potato gnocchi and two desserts. The food was truly spectacular - exceptionally seasoned and flavoured, and it was great to be able to taste Chef Sergio Nazario's take on Peruvian cuisine. The hospitality was very thoughtful- Nuna made sure to include a small placard for the birthday guest, as well as a candle on our dessert. With great music and ambiance, Nuna has captured our hearts. He was a wonderful ambassador for the team. We certainly felt pampered and spoiled. Icing on the cake was when Nate the manager stopped by to thank us for choosing Earls for dining experience.
