Founder and owner Costas Spiliadis offers a menu meant to encourage family-style dining and conversation at the table. Milos at Hudson Yards features an open kitchen, private dining rooms, walls of glass overlooking the Hudson River, and a spectacular outdoor terrace. Milos' signature fish market showcases the daily catch, where guests can choose the fish they will dine on. There is also an international wine collection featuring wines from Greece and around the world.
