Kitchen Istanbulへようこそ。 何世紀も前からのエキゾチックなレシピと地元産の食材を融合させて、戻ってきたくなるような忘れられない味を作り出しています。オーナー兼エグゼクティブシェフのEmrah Kilicogluが、キッチンのみならずレストランフロアの様子にも細心の注意を払っています。彼は個人的に各テーブルを周り、究極のトルコ・ダイニングでお客様が彼の家におけるゲストのように扱われていることを確認しています。 Kilicoglu氏はサンフランシスコ・グルメシーンの新顔ではありません。2012年3月以来Troya Clementの共同経営者となり、ベイエリアにあるトルコレストランの中での安定化に貢献しました。彼は多くの伝統的なメゼ（トルコ風前菜）を取り入れて、Kitchen Istanbulのメニューを丹念に作り上げました。それぞれのメゼには、地中海エリアの特定地域を代表する独特の風味のアクセントが加えられています。お肉がお好きな方にも野菜を好まれる方にも、食欲をそそるメインディッシュを用意しています。
