This is the East End's largest Halal steak restaurant bringing you Irish Steak cooked on the infamous Josper Grill. Set within the once industrial area of Stratford, HS & CO is bringing back a piece of history with a touch of suave. The choicest cuts of the Irish beef are cooked and served in our open kitchen. Our steak is dry-aged for three weeks to achieve the highest flavour you can possibly get and cooked to perfection on our Josper Grill. No silly marinades on our steak-- just salt and pepper to enhance the taste of pure beef and cooked on our charcoal Josper Grill.

Located on High Holborn, close to the British Museum, the restaurant is elegantly designed and filled with original Indian art and antique furniture including century old items made for Maharajas which take diners on a journey through Indian culture and history. The menu reflects regional accents with a contemporary viewpoint. It is food that observes the established traditions of Indian cooking but breaks the rules a little by Executive Chef Sohan Bhandari. Our menu goes beyond a 1970’s “Curry”, beyond street food and into a world of real Indian flavours. Our signature dishes include our traditional lunch Tiffin, Khaati Rolls , Colonel Saab’s smoked lamb shank and figs poached in Assam tea cognac.The bar is a great meeting place and afterwork destination serving signature house cocktails created to compliment the menu. Colonel Saab’s two beautiful private dining rooms ideal for any event up to 26 guests.

Here’s some friendly advice – only come to Zonzo if you’re ready for a superb Italian experience in a family-style setting at a price that won’t upset your pocket. The stucco walls, wooden seating, Sicilian mural, and authentically warm welcome all set the tone for pure enjoyment.     Kachori was recommended to us by a family member, what a great recommendation. We travelled from South West London for my daughter's 20th birthday and it was so worth the journey. The staff were very welcoming and attentive from the get go, we had a great table (a booth). The food was absolutely delicious in all respects and came at exactly the right time. The staff were kind enough to bring my daughter a complimentary birthday cake at the end of the meal and gave us some complimentary drinks for the birthday celebration. What a fabulous experience. I can't recommend highly enough.

    A relaxed & welcoming restaurant- helpful & cheerful staff, ready when needed, but not at all intrusive. I had the best bbq steak rib ever 👌& my sisters Sirloin was perfect also, and if we are ever back in Stratford, this is where we'll eat. Thank you all at HS&Co, a dream team & perfect food & ambience.

    We visited Mezemiso for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and from beginning to end, we truly enjoyed the experience.It was a wonderful evening—the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, and very friendly.The food was delicious, and the cocktails were the best I’ve had in my 11 years living in London.The ambiance was fantastic, and the belly dancer, musician, and DJ were outstanding.On top of that, they made my husband’s birthday extra special by surprising us with a “Happy Birthday” song, involving all the staff and music.It was an incredibly memorable experience, and we both left very happy.
