Tucked away just off the main road and only minutes from Times Square, Bistro 38 is a cozy gem. While the food wasn’t groundbreaking, it was delicious, comforting, and approachable. The homemade pasta was a standout, and my shrimp was perfectly cooked. The drinks were spot on, and the service was excellent. The ambiance was warm and comfortable, making it the perfect escape on a cold, blustery January day. Bistro 38 offers a delightful reprieve in the heart of the city.

We were pleasantly surprised with our gin tasting experience at the Ivory Peacock. We arrived and were seated at the Emerald Bar. Then we were greeted by Juan an Excellent Mixologist. He explained 6 different Gibs from different countries and gave us mixers to try with them. We became inventive and fully immersed ourselves in the process. What a fun experience. Juan was fantastic !!!!

The kitchen, service and management here are wonderful. We went after theater on MLK day, a Monday. Our reservation was at 9pm. We found it extraordinary that they had waited for us even though the other guests had left already and we were the only table. Not only that, but the staff was delightful and the food delicious. Recommend highly.

Had a great afternoon relaxing and enjoying the tea. The scones, sandwiches, and little desserts were all delicious.
