Bar Dolly, a new wine and cocktail destination from the Sesame Collective Restaurant Group, serves as a companion bar to next door sister southern Italian restaurant Dolly Olive. Bar Dolly offers anextensive collection of Mediterranean wines, and regional dishes. The spritz menu includes Italian classics like Aperol spritzes and Bicicletas and the house Negroni is an instant classic, poured tableside. Bar Dolly shares a kitchen with Dolly Olive, which centers around Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors, with an emphasis on an in house bakery program, fresh made pastas and other dishes that are treated simply and presented elegantly. Chef Casey Brigan and Sesame Collective Culinary Director Natalie Gullish have developed a menu of featured Dolly Olive favorites, as well as a few more snack-forward options like salami and cheese boards.

Portland's Oven and Shaker is a popular dining destination for locals and visitors who crave artisan pizzas and unique bar drinks served in a warm and inviting setting. The nettle pesto arancino rice ball made with parmesan risotto and mushrooms and the fried calamari and octopus fritto misto with lemon and honey make stunning starters. Walk in's are welcome! Group larger than 8 people can contact us directly for unlimited custom packages. Food and Beverage Minimum spend $45 for a la carte for larger groups. We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Due to limited seating we cannot guarantee your reservation will be assigned indoors, and hold your table for more than 10 min past your reservation time. $20 no show fee per person will be charged.We are a scratch kitchen, all our (vegan) pastas, breads, desserts, sauces, salad dressings are homemade. Bring a date, friend or colleague and enjoy our elegant ambiance and full array of wines. We have a full bar and while you are here, try one of our yummy cocktails.     The food was cooked perfectly we had the chicken Parmesan which was very delicious. The next dish we had for our entrees were chicken Marsala good portion sized and cooked wonderfully. We had the garlic bread and fried mozzarella would highly recommended both. Service was good the server checked on us, food was brought out in a timely manner.

    The olives and the focaccia were delicious. Overall, the mains were average with the meatballs being the standout. The the others had too much going on with thick sauces. Portions were small, but not miniscule. Dessert was outstanding. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant. The space was smallish, but the mix of bar, tables, railing and booths worked well. Overall a decent experience, but I wouldn't go back.

    We had a really memorable dinner with our 12 year old daughter who loved the pizza. The menu variety offered something for everyone. The preparation of the gnocchi (2 large rather than the smaller finger-sized) was a neat and delicious twist and the skirt steak was cooked perfectly. Our server had spot-on wine recommendations that paired nicely with our meals. Excited for a return visit.
