They charge me for the service as discretionary but they insist I should pay it because the service was good.

We were a party of 5 family members. It was a very cold day but the restaurant was nice, warm and inviting. We decided not to have the lunchtime special but instead, opted for a main course each. 2 pasta dishes, which were very good. Portion size not very big however. Three of us ordered the Goats cheese salad, which was delicious. For the price though, the amount of goats cheese was minimal as opposed to lots of leaves. On the whole, our dining experience was very pleasurable and we felt the restaurant allowed us to relax and linger over some nice wine, without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend.

We came to this extremely lovely restaurant as their other Faros on Oxford Circus was fully booked. We were not disappointed the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They really couldn’t do enough for us. I have this restaurant 5 stars on everything because they really did go above and beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend this little gem .

Food was great, service was great. Cool restaurant and very convenient location

Busy over lunchtime. We’d booked a table. Much quieter after around 2.30pm, so back to its old neighbourhood ambience. Always good food.
