Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. First time at newly opened Villa Bianca in Bushey. The 4th Italian in the village! However the portions are generous, the menu choice is wide, the cooking and preparation is first class and I would highly recommend a visit. Price level is north of Zaza’s but it’s worth it. Wine offer is suitably Italian and upscale in selection, price and taste. Can’t wait until our next visit ! Happy Christmas🌲🎅🏻

Excellent service, food, atmosphere. First time we visited this place and we will certainly be returning. The waiter was very polite and attentive. Food was freshly made and the portions were huge. Drinks were delicious. Music- just right, no boring christmas songs but some gentle background music that did not dominate the place. Thank you.
