His desire to master his craft later led him to join the creative team at Le Chien Fumant, where he worked tirelessly to achieve the rank of Chef de Cuisine.

We had a small group office party in this modern and nice decorated restaurant. All of us loved what we ordered: fresh and very tasty Italian pizzas and delicious desserts! I personally less liked the burnt crust on some edges. Otherwise, the whole dinning experience was excellent. We’ll certainly go back!
