The roasted tomato burrata with pesto starter was amazing. I had the kale salad with salmon and my husband had the chicken pot pie. It was all delicious. Servers (we sat at the bar) were very attentive. Seems to be a neighborhood spot as all the customers seem to know each other, which is nice. We’ll definitely be back.

Once again, it was a wonderful experience at Chianti. The food is very good, the marinara sauce is delicious, the wine list has plenty of good choices and is very reasonable and the people are very nice. Been going there for years and I can honestly say I always had a good experience and very good meals. They do a really good job hiring the staff there. The wait staff has always been very friendly, attentive and helpful. Has the feel of an old-time, NY family Italian restaurant. This falls under the category of hidden gem! Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful menu , from appetizers to main courses to desserts , you can't beat anything on it.. we have always enjoyed eating here. Service is exceptional , not intrusive but very attentive. this restaurant is a Gem in San Anselmo .

Cozy Outdoor Dining with Excellent Food & Service We had a wonderful dinner here before a show at the Marin Civic, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Although it was a busy night and we made a last-minute reservation, we were lucky enough to get a table on the patio. Despite it being December, the outdoor heaters made the space incredibly cozy and comfortable — we didn’t mind the chill at all. The atmosphere was perfect for a pre-show dinner, and the staff, as always, provided excellent service. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the consistent quality that this place is known for. I’d happily dine outdoors again, even on a chilly night, as the heaters and the ambiance made it more than pleasant. Highly recommend for a casual, yet quality dining experience!
