Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. Our selection of Salumi (cured meats) are from local producers unless otherwise specified. We hand-make our own pork sausages, preserved tomatoes and pickled vegetables.

What a fantastic restaurant! The food was outstanding as was the service. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. When one of the sides was delayed it was offerred to us as complimentary. Sitting at the bar was so much fun. We could watch all the activities in the kitchen area and had instant access to staff if we needed to request anything. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone after great food and service.

The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper. Great food, great service, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful place to take the kids. We celebrated a family dinner and had kids ranging in age from 4 to 16 as well as a group of adults, and all had a wonderful time.
