The staff were attentive, kind and helpful, and the Head Chef was engaging, energetic and insightful, taking us through his extensive knowledge of pasta making. Says so much about the chef, and how meticulous, from the selection of produce, through to the cooking techniques, must be in place. Waitresses were first class. Congratulations to management.
