The Chateau in Waltham serves diners classic Italian cuisine in a casual and friendly setting. The restaurant has an extensive menu that offers dishes to please meat-eaters as well as vegetarians. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him.     As an Italian immigrant, I am always looking for good, real Italian food, and most times I leave a restaurant disappointed. But not last night. My wife and I met two friends at Vinotta last night and as always I walked in a bit skeptical, but within minutes I felt differently. We were greeted by the most gracious hostess, our server came right away, told us the specials, pronounced all dishes properly and made some recommendations. The food was OUTSTANDING! The flavors were incredible. I had the “Calamari so good” which was indeed so good..my wife had the shrimp Portofino, which was delicious…our friends had the grilled octopus and they raved about it. We then had lobster ravioli and the Bucatini alla Romana.. Everything was delicious… As we walked out my wife said to me “You have to take me here again for a romantic dinner just the two of us “… Can’t wait to go back. Grazie Dante e Fausto!
