Inspired by yakitori izakayas, Big Night is going to be putting seasonal British-ish produce on sticks and cooking it on our charcoal grill. The food will be simple, loud and fun, perfect to be eaten with a beer in hand and friends at your side.The menu will draw on a variety of influences rather than pretending to adhere to the concept of an authentic cuisine (this is not a Japanese restaurant). With respect to traditions, we will be cooking with integrity and creativity with ingredients and flavours that we love and are passionate about, in a way that is innovative rather than traditional, and most importantly, tasty tasty delicious. We’re talking lamb hearts, smoked beetroots, pickled mussels, seasonal kimchis, miso banoffee.We want everyone to feel at home here, a place for people to come together, the tables will be communal, you'll be asking your neighbour to pass the chilli oil and cheersing the whole table with a round of shots and sauerkraut.     Every thing was fab .. although very chaotic checking in we were there at 7.30 prompt but never got seated till 7.45pm .. but at 9pm a lady came over and said we needed to leave as we had used our allocated 1hour 45mins - I kindly told her we were not seated till 7.45 and we would be leaving by 9.30. Our waitress who was well aware of our time frame was very apologetic. Only blip - our waitress was fab and food amazing .. views are stunning

    Went to Sticks n sushi for our team xmas meal and it did not disappoint. Delicious food with an impressive choice, beautifully presented. Attentive service. Yummy cocktails. Only 1 teeny inprovement suggestion....It would help if waiting staff said what each item on a mixed tray was more slowly as it was difficult to hear with both the speed and background noise.

    The food was delicious! We particularly enjoyed the spicy tuna sushi rolls and the tuna tacos (except the tacos were VERY small). The ambience was nice, there’s parking onsite and staff were friendly. Our only complaint is that service was slow from start to finish, which was a shame. I would recommend this restaurant as the food was lovely and it’s good value for money. Just be prepared to wait a little longer for orders etc (unless they work on this) 🍱✨💕

    It was absolutely amazing for our Christmas party night. The place was very inviting.All the waiters and waitresses was so nice and helpful. The food was really delicious. May I take this opportunity to thank Billy wholeheartedly for making this night so special and memorable for us all. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you all at Miona. We will visit you again next year. Danny.
