We get our name from owner Scott Kim’s favorite restaurant he frequented as a child in Seoul, South Korea. It was during these meals with his father where Scott discovered his passion for food and hospitality.We use the best quality ingredients available. We are known for our incredibly fresh and well-prepared sushi, sashimi and rolls. We also offer authentic Asian dishes with our own modern flair added, such as our Stonepot Bibimbap, which is a traditional Korean dish that you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Our carefully curated cocktails contain unique ingredients such as sake, soju, lychee and yuzu. We also have a wide selection of wine and sake to complement our dishes.We are located in the heart of the beautiful and bustling King of Prussia Town Center.     Met my mom and brother at 6:30 for dinner on a Tuesday the week before Thanksgiving. Even though it was a weeknight I highly recommend having a reservation and get there early because parking  takes a while.  we had a really great server who was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some tips.  we ended up, ordering the spring rolls and steamed dumplings as an appetizer.  and shrimp pad, Thai spicy chicken, stone pot and a sweet beef stone pot as our entrées.  we were too full to get dessert. This is my fifth visit to Kooma in the last couple of years and it never disappoints.

    Second time here and it needs to be much sooner before our third visit and beyond... The food, as expected, was exceptional; the seasonal offerings were a delight to go through and the omakase did not disappoint. Even the uni was delightful, and I've never enjoyed that any other time I've tried it. The sake offerings were great and I have a new producer to dive into after having a flight. What a wonderful way to spend an anniversary and introduce others to the experience!

    This Benihana location has really upped its game from a few years ago! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and accommodating. We were on time for our reservation but requested to have a few minutes at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and served up delicious drinks quickly. Hibachi chef, Hai (not sure of spelling), was outstanding & performed a trick or two I hadn't seen before. Food was delicious. Jenny, who has been there for years and oversees customers' special occasions, was fun & attentive. Our server, Alex, was also friendly & attentive. Bathroom was clean. Couple suggestions - restaurant could use some music so that when hibachi show is over, there is some ambience. Also menus, etc. could use more frequent wipe-down. Overall, they are doing a great job here. It's one of the few Benihanas left in the region - let's keep it bustling with business!

    This was our second visit to the Bryn Mawr restaurant. Our normal go-to has been the Berwyn location for many years. The Bryn Mawr restaurant is every bit as good as Berwyn and we recommend either. Haven’t tried the Royersford location yet but I’m sure it is every bit as good as it’s sister locations.
