Azabu Miami Beach, houses various experiences under one roof; tied together with the spirit of Omatenashi, the essence of Japanese hospitality. Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest. The Den has set seating times, open Tuesday-Saturday. All guest must consume raw fish. Bookings must be prepaid. Strict 24 hour cancellation with no acception. Please see cancellation policy.

Sushi | Bar is an intimate Omakase that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses. Hidden off of Espanola in the Esme hotel lies an intimate counter housing 12 prized seats where you will sit right up to the chef’s cutting boards. Relax and enjoy as the chefs prepare a playful reverie on modern nigiri and other delicacies from both land and sea in a free form interpretive take on the traditional sushi counter experience where you can expect unexpected riffs on beloved standards.

Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating. Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.
