He's knowledgeable of the wine offerings and provided clear responses to our questions. The menu selection was diverse, from the appetizers to the desserts I was blown away by the execution of each plate. Had the deviled crab, crab fingers, oysters, crab fried rice, gulf snapper, pork schnitzel, and dessert! I definitely recommend for any type of event.
