Deep Dive is a modern classic, inspired by marquee hotel bars the world over. Our kitchen will accommodate orders until our last seating each evening.No Minors - strictly 21+. Please know we only accept reservation for Sunday brunch, from 11:30am- 2pm. All other days or time, seating is on a first come first serve basis.As Washington state’s first daylight bar, with floor-to-ceiling paned glass windows, Oliver’s Lounge provides the perfect setting for an award-winning classic cocktail or specialty drink. We also offer northwest nibbles, light dinner fare, and a late-night menu. Traditional menu items such as our Classic BLT sandwich and Chicken Caesar salad are anchored by Oliver’s famous burger and Chef Tiffany’s Pan Roasted Lemon-Aleppo Chicken. Locally sourced & seasonal gastropub fare in Seattle's iconic shrine to beer. This family friendly pub features hand-formed burgers, unique pizzas, fresh salads and Dungeness crab chowder, all carefully prepared and reflective of Northwest tastes. Your friendly and knowledgeable server can recommend Pike Brewing beers, locally made wines, ciders and spirits or soft drinks to pair with your meal. It’s all served amidst Pike Brewing’s extensive collection of beer memorabilia throughout the pub as well as our Microbrewery Museum. We offer Happy Hour Sunday through Thursday and plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options on our all day menu.Reservations through OpenTable are for seated dinners in our dining room.
