This visit we had the pork chop (drool) and the fluffiest, most pillow like Sea Bass. If the meat entrees weren’t good enough the plating of flavors is outstanding. Squash, maple bourbon mushroom risotto & pancetta-tomato chutney on the chop. Acorn squash puree, fingerling potato, broccolini, pomegranate-tomato chutney on the Sea Bass. The quality and presentation of our appetizers and entrees was simply top shelf. What a pleasure it was to dine where the kitchen is so creative. DO NOT mis the buttermilk ricotta! It's an appetizer, but I could have enjoyed it for dessert. Service was attentive and professional but not overbearing. Ambiance was mixed. Chasing Rabbit's decor was very attractive. only concerns: you;d men please remove their hats? And the music was just a bit loud.
