The combination of ham, cured meats and fresh grilled 100% Iberico meat, a wide selection of cheeses, delicatessen brought directly from their places of origin (Torreznos de Soria, Morcilla de Burgos and Jaén, Sobrasada de Menorca, Xistorra de Arbizu, Ortiguillas de Cádiz, ect ...) and some stews cooked with patience and love (Oxtail, Rustic of Iberian Presa, Pork Ear with red prawns, feet with Moixernons, Bacalla a la Llauna and more ... and the extraordinary Iberian suckling pig, along with artisan homemade desserts, wines and cavas carefully selected and a close and attentive service that will generate a good experience in your visit.
