The food and service at Theo's is absolutely excellent. The only downside to this restaurant is that the ambiance is adversely affected by the high noise levels inside the restaurant and by the traffic noise in the outside dining area, which is adjacent to the very busy intersection of Sunrise Blvd. & U.S.1. We greatly appreciated our waiter accommodating our polite request to lower the volume of the music playing outside, which made it possible for our party of four to hear what each other was saying.

Daniel was absolutely outstanding, a class act. The lamb was the best we've ever had! Great octopus too, did not disappoint in any regard!

Unique decor - different theme in every space, but each one fanciful and inviting. We sat in the swing room with a beautiful view of the river (but someone please clean those windows to fully maximize the views!) Food was very tasty with large portions - location and portion size justified the slightly pricey menu. Very friendly service. PERFECT after seeing a matinee at the Broward - a pleasant five minute walk along the river from the theater.

Dining at Olive and Sea was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the restaurant offers breathtaking views that perfectly complement its delightful Mediterranean menu. Whether you’re seated indoors or on the patio, you’re treated to sweeping sights of canal that make every moment special. The food was a highlight. From the fresh, zesty salads to the perfectly grilled meats and seafood, every dish was bursting with authentic Mediterranean flavors. The ambiance is relaxed yet refined, making it ideal for both casual gatherings and special occasions. The staff were attentive and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. If you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine and appreciate dining with a view, olive and sea is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit

ELBA just opened two weeks ago but you’d never know it because the service & food was so good!!! We went for brunch & green hummus, octopus carpaccio, & tuna Niçoise salad. Everything was delicious and our server Luna was the sweetest. I’ll definitely be back.
