Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people. Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables. We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent. Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries. It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

In our cooking we use fire, smoke, coals, and embers to create dishes that reflect the seafood, grains, and vegetable-driven coastal cultures of the Mediterranean, Japan and South America. We are committed to strong relationships with a few select organic farmers and artisans practicing responsible agriculture and production.Because we source ingredients at their peak, our menu is continually changing.     Every single staff member I interacted with was so personable and welcoming. It was such a nice experience, especially for being new. Thank you for hiring great people! The host made nice conversation walking us to the table, the server was a so nice and you could tell it was genuine. Her name was Elizabeth I would absolutely ask for her if you visit. The food came out at a nice pace, and the pricing was very reasonable! Absolutely had a wonderful experience and will be back

    Francine Restaurant was the BEST, most exquisite dining experience we've had in a long time. Our server Logan was top-tier, the French cuisine was absolutely amazing, and the ambiance was perfect. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

    We always enjoy the Wrigley Mansion. We maintain our membership because the service, food, and cocktails are consistently fabulous. This was our 2nd time attending the Jazz dinner at Geordie’s. The first time was a wonderful experience, this time…meh. We went for my sister’s birthday. Service was inattentive and we were rushed out at the 90 minute mark. Very disappointed that we couldn’t order dessert. Was hoping to get her a piece of cake or something to celebrate. Portion (and no cheese or basil…nothing) on the gnocchi was a bit sparse for the money. It’s unfortunate that my only negative experience at Wrigley was when I was trying to impress someone. Ah, hopefully it will be back to regular standards next time.

    They had a rough night on Christmas Day. I think the kitchen got behind from the jump. But you know what? They did the best they could with what they had. They comped our drinks and starters because of the delay, and communicated they were behind (although they mentioned it would be half an hour and I think we got our food around the 50-60 minute mark). However, it wasn’t our servers fault. Probably a series of unfortunate events of people showing up late, staying long, and the kitchen missing a couple tickets. They were working on Christmas so me and my family didn’t have to cook. The food was still fantastic when it arrived and they did what they could to make it right. I would eat here again absolutely
