Hier soir, j’ai vécu une expérience exceptionnelle dans un restaurant où l’équipe a joué un rôle clé. Dès l’arrivée, le personnel s’est montré attentif, chaleureux et souriant, créant une ambiance accueillante. Chaque membre de l’équipe était professionnel, disponible et prêt à répondre à nos moindres demandes, tout en restant discret. Le service fluide et parfaitement coordonné a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Associé à des plats délicieux et un cadre raffiné, ce service irréprochable a fait de cette soirée un moment inoubliable. Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour son excellence à tous niveaux.

Nice atmosphere. New twists on some Greek dishes (I appreciate the courage) spanakopita salad is an example and well executed. The pastitsio iteration was a bridge too far, but I get it … the original is a classic and very tasty but doesn’t present (plate) nicely in an upscale restaurant. They tried. I’d drop it. Mousaka was as it should be. Maybe they should try the pastitio in the same onion bowl presentation. The lobster pasta was good. Bread was good (always a good sign). $90 per person with very little wine. That’s fine. Staff was accommodating without being overbearing. Worth a try

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Tatianna, the hostess, who not only made us feel at home but also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots to explore during our visit to Quebec. Our server, Rodrigo, was a true gem. Trilingual, charismatic, and incredibly attentive, he made the evening even more special with his engaging personality and flawless service. He had a way of anticipating every need while adding a layer of joy and entertainment to the meal. Rodrigo is a true professional who elevates the dining experience. Now, on to the food—the highlight of the evening. As a former chef, I can confidently say this was one of the greatest culinary experiences of my life. The menu, crafted by the talented young chef Arthur from France, is nothing short of extraordinary. Arthur’s ability to merge classic French techniques with innovative, forward-thinking elements is pure genius. Each dish felt like a modern ode to tradition, paying respect to French culinary heritage while pushing it into the future. The Noël 2024 menu is superb. Every plate was not just food but art, showcasing impeccable attention to detail, stunning presentation, and harmonious flavors that danced on the palate.
