Ezra brings the vibe of the Eastern Med to Potts Point. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours have been whipped together – Sydney style. Combining fresh produce with punchy flavours. There’s cold beers, spritzy cocktails and plenty of juicy wines both natural + nostalgic. Join us inside, up at the counter or outside in one of our two courtyards. Share some plates and have some fun.We don't like to play favourites but you should DEFINITELY try the Hazelnut Muhammara (blitzed red pepper dip topped with a sprinkling of pomegranate, roast hazelnuts, coffee grinds and native honey). Pair it with one of our Jerusalem Bagels (baked like a baby sourdough [rather than boiled] and brushed with pomegranate molasses before it gets popped in the oven). The pumping soundtrack will take you on many journeys but at its heart-and-soul it's really all about your favourite 90s-sing-along-pop-power-ballads 🎶We're just around the corner from the Coke Sign and 2 mins from Kings Cross Station.

The food we offer at Shuk is inspired by what we grew up with in Israel, where the cuisine available is one of the largest melting pots on the planet, with food coming from a variety of cultures that migrated to the country from 130 different countries in the past 50 years. The menu is directly influenced by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.

The Art Gallery Restaurant, Crafted by Matt Moran, provides a unique dining experience in one of Sydney’s most stunning dining rooms. Reflecting Moran’s signature style, the restaurant showcases locally sourced produce and premium Australian meat and seafood through a light, Mediterranean-inspired menu guided by the seasons. The drinks menu features an all-Australian wine list as well as Champagne, cocktails, beers, ciders and a substantial non-alcoholic offering. The restaurant is operated in partnership with the Gallery’s culinary advisor, Matt Moran, who works with food and beverage partner The Fresh Collective to execute his vision.

A Mediterranean bar and restaurant inspired by our recent travels through the region.As you enter you'll find the bar, a quintessentially European combination of alfresco, booth & bar seating. With an 80 bottle wine list from sommelier Jean Draillard, an extensive cocktail list from head mixologist Euan Ferderer & the perfect Mediterranean snack menu from head chef Ignacio Morales, the bar is one of a kind. No bookings, no turn times for tables just walk-ins only so come whenever and stay forever. Upstairs you'll find the dining room. Soaked in natural light from the sky lights and the adjustable roof, the dining room will be the perfect spot for anything from a long lunch to a late dinner. We have created the perfect Mediterranean menu, cooking over woodfire to enhance flavours. From traditional dishes like slow cooked lamb shoulder & taramasalata to burrata & wagyu sirloin, this menu explores a range of flavours and dishes from the Mediterranean.

Table reservations are only accepted for the restaurant, not the rooftop. A set menu applies to groups of 8 or more. If you have a party of 8+, please make an enquiry at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. A customary 10% gratuity fee for groups of 8+ applies in the restaurant. The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply.
