Friendly staff. Lots of gluten free options. Pretty atmosphere

We dined at the Den this evening and had a lovely experience. Our server was Aaron and we enjoyed his easy going personality and his menu suggestions were on point. We were celebrating my husbands 40th birthday and they definitely made him feel celebrated tonight. We will definitely come back next time we are in Whistler. Highly recommended the mushroom toast for a starter and the salmon and duck were excellent as well!

We went for Happy Hour. The food was great and service excellent, great value. Sarah our server was outstanding.

I did the 3 course price fixed and was not disappointed. The steelhead salmon was cooked medium over roasted vegetables and delicious. The toffee sticky pudding was great.

Greeted promptly, politely and seated by the window, perfect the manager kept checking in politely to confirm everything was great.. Emma our server was the best server we had on this trip. Derek at Quattro was the runner up. Back to Emma and The Wildflower Restaurant at The Fairmont Chateau. Pleasant, relaxed, special restaurant. Great food, we had the chowder, beet salad, split the Main Special, "Chilean Sea Bass" and had one desert, Peanut Butter and some incredible ingredients (you need to go try it and read the menu yourself.) We will be back and we'll hope to see Emma again.
