Originally totally vegan, the vegan community did not support it through the pandemonic challenges, so it chose to elevate its cuisine to incorporate regenerative meats. Regenerative agriculture is critical to preserving our ecology through climate change, but the vegan community then picketed and even invaded the restaurant in protest. We are saddened that Sage could not succeed in educating people in LA sufficiently to survive. From right when we got there, the host was super friendly and very professional, she was great! The table we got was right next to the fire place.
