As a person of Peruvian heritage, the inspiration for the menu was perfection. Equal parts traditional and innovative. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, beef empanadas, the queso & chorizo, the salmon party, and jalea mixto. I would have everything again except for the beef empanadas. The filling was excellent, mind you. The crust was just too thick and a bit overcooked. That, or I just prefer the dough to filling ratio of Argentinian empanadas.
