Pete’s Place is a cosy Italian restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt Singapore. Open for lunch and dinner, it’s the perfect spot if you’re craving pizza or pasta and looking for a casual, friendly atmosphere. Top-quality ingredients and authentic combinations is what makes the food here so great – think sustainable market fish and cannellini beans, braised veal shin with saffron risotto, fresh clam linguini and Diavola pizza with Italian pepperoni and mozzarella. Cugini in Singapore is a trattoria-style restaurant on Club Street that is serving up some fantastic and authentic Italian dishes. It’s not easy to pick favourites but we can wholeheartedly recommend the calamari fritti, fried squid with mayonnaise and chilli sauce; carpaccio di Manzo, beef carpaccio with confit rhubarb; penna Pomodoro, fresh tomato sauce and Parmesan; spaghetti carbonara with egg, black pepper and homemade guanciale; raviolo al Tartufo, truffles, potato, parmesan and truffle butter ravioli; and that’s only if you can talk yourself out of ordering one of the spectacular pizzas, which are to die for. Space at Cugini is limited, so bookings are essential at this Club Street restaurant in Singapore.
