Great restaurant for lunch before a matinee. We had reservation for 11:30am because we were afraid later restaurant reservation or slow service might make us late for show. Not at Serafina! They were ready for us at 11:30, and service was efficient and friendly. We had a well-paced meal , time for nice conversation, and got to theatre in plenty of time.

What a wonderful place to have in our community! Our reservation was honored on time. The food was absolutely delicious - some of the best pizza we have eaten in a city of great pizza. The service was attentive and professional. We will absolutely go back!

Excellent dining experience before a show at beacon theater. Michael our waiter was attentive and professional. No rush and outstanding pasta !!! Highly recommend

We had a party of 13 and they setup a nice table in the back for us. The waiters were nice and really did a good job. They even took a few photos of us after with a smile. It was not too crowded which made it feel like a private room but it was by no means dead in the restaurant, as they were 80% full. Would recommend for bigger parties to consider this venue. Thanks and will plan to come again soon :)

I’ve always loved Serafina on Madison Avenue and have consistently had great experiences. However, last night was disappointing. Our server, an older gentleman, seemed unfriendly and was absent for much of our meal. This impacted the overall experience. I hope you can ensure that all staff members are welcoming and attentive to maintain the high standard I’ve come to expect from Serafina.
