Lovely friendly staff, good service, and very good on checking I didn’t have allergies due to not wanting the nuts. We had been to several 'Festive Lunch' events in December so both opted for the Steak & Chips option. The steak was brilliant and cooked to perfection, as were the rest of the meal. The atmosphere was inviting and quieter than we expected, though it was livelier in the Bar where the football was on TV. The staff were attentive and we had a lovely time.
