Hudson House, particularly at Preston Forest, where the wait for a table is not unreasonable like the other locations, has become our favorite restaurant. Quality food, consistently prepared and extremely good. The popcorn chicken, fish tacos and the sous vide chicken are to die for and we will come back again and again. We are now regulars, eating there about 3 times per month. I highly recommend this Hudson House.

Warmly greeted and promptly seated and acknowledged by server. Food and drinks on point and arrived warm and freshly made and served. Clam chowder not on menu but a must! Server was attentive but not disruptive to the dining experience. Overall, exceptional !

HO HO HO! Here is an endaring Christmas Story, that the Spirit of Al Biernat would smile. My Party of 11, yes, 4 aldults, 7 kids, had a reservation at another restaurant because Als was packed. I had tried for two weeks. No big deal. We got an 8p Reservatoin at the other place and came at 6p, I asked to be put on waiting list. Mayne something would pop. At 7:45p, our 8p table was now about 8:30p. I OPEN TABLED Al Biernat! And, boom, there is an 8:15p reservation we could get. And We went the 1 mile distance and got put in the Treehouse, private room. Service fantastic, Food Great. Service Prompt. Hungry little kids (my grands) waiting on Santa. Out by 9:30p ,santa did his thing. Als cetainly helped that with cheer, promptness and efficiency. All the managers, bartenders, EVERYONE was incredible. Thank you.

Excellent experience. Lunchtime parking was readily available at 11:45. I was seated promptly and, as indicated by the valet parking lot, there were few other diners. Surprising because I think the place is generally pretty busy, but I went on 12/23. I had the blackened Texas redfish. It was piping hot when it was served and was excellent. Service was excellent (there when we needed it but not overbearing). Price was reasonable for fresh seafood. Recommended. Excellent place for fresh seafood.
